My husband and I are building in McCutchan Trace and are set to close next month. I have been meaning to reach out for a while now, but I cannot say enough good things about Terry, the Superintendent we have been working with through this process. He has been phenomenal!! He did our site fit and framing walk throughs and answered all of our questions. He gave me his cell, and I have reached out a few times with questions or concerns. He always answers, and I know that he will get things done. He does what he says he will do, and I always know he will do right by the customer, as if it were his own personal home. I know his depth of responsibilities are deep, but I don’t worry about our needs being overlooked and feel like he makes us a priority.
I am a Human Resources Manager by trade, and I know too often that you only hear the negative and rarely someone reaches out with positive impacts. I would 100% recommend Jagoe Homes to anyone if I knew Terry was going to be running the show on the site build! Work aside, I can tell he is a wonderful human being with a big heart. We talked about his work with the tornado victims over the holidays, and I could tell the joy that it brought him, being able to help those people in unimaginable circumstances.
Bottom line, you should be 100% proud to have him on your team. He is a class act all the way around! I have thanked him numerous times, but I hope you are able to thank him for us again and share this positive feedback with him.
