Overall, our experience was very good. We did have a few problems that were dealt with the day of closing (no appliances) and our lawn was delivered a few weeks after we moved in.
We were not aware that a ceiling lighting fixture was not standard in the dining room…………we are going to contract with an electrician to have one installed so we can hang a light fixture over the dining room table.
We have only been in the home for 2 months however it appears to be well constructed. Two minor issues you should consider for the Walnut Craftsman model; 1) adding a heat register in the master bedroom………one seems to be inadequate to provide sufficient heat and 2) more ceiling lighting in the master bath……..my wife finds the master bath is not sufficiently lit.
