I have nothing but praise for Jagoe, as this process for me was—from start to finish—a dream! I have owned several homes but have never built before, and was apprehensive about the process for fear of exceeding my limited budget.
The best part of the entire experience for me (by far) was the relationship I built with my sales consultant, Lauren Kemmerlin! So many good things to say about Lauren… I knew I loved her from the moment I met her! She is bright, engaging, professional, on-task, and just really refreshing! She held my hand and guided me every step of the process and was accessible, responsive, reassuring, and simply amazing!
Building with Jagoe was easier than I could have ever imagined! Lauren helped me make my selections and we broke ground in June and closed and moved in to my beautiful new home in October. We are so happy with the result and feel completely comfortable in our new “contemporary farmhouse”-style home on Antilles Dr. in Cayman Ridge.
I also want to give credit to Kevin Young with FBC Mortgage, who took care of me on the financial side of things. Lauren referred me to FBC as the mortgage company that Jagoe frequently works with. This commonly intimidating and overwhelming process of being approved for a mortgage loan was made so much easier by dealing with such a kind, patient, helpful, and friendly agent. Kevin was always available to take my calls, was responsive to emails, and was truly the best!
