Chefs on Parade kicks off the 2021 Parade of Homes in Evansville & Newburgh, Indiana
Presented by the Southwestern Indiana Builders Association, the Parade of Homes is the highlight of their season! The 70th annual scattered home site tour will feature 5 newly-built Jagoe Homes.

Tickets are NOW ON SALE for $30 and can be purchased online. This is an exclusive one-day event that is open to the public and includes your chance to tour 6 beautiful Parade Homes the day before Parade of Homes begins!
Each participating Parade Home has been paired with a local Chef who will prepare their fine cuisine at the Parade Home. Ticket holders will have the opportunity to taste these dishes and tour the home before moving on to the next home on the tour.
The Wine Down
We are honored to have Co-Owner Chya Colbert from The Wine Down join us for Chefs on Parade! She will be serving decadent bites of appetizers, finger foods and desserts during the event.
The Wine Down is “More than Just a Night Out.” Located in Newburgh, Indiana, this wine bar has the perfect vibe to help you unwind after a hard day at work. On the weekends, The Wine Down showcases incredible live music performances.
Their menu includes delicious sharables, salads, flatbreads and of course… wine!

Little Rock Craftsman • Featured Home
Our Model Home in Turnberry at Berkshire features our Little Rock Craftsman plan, with 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, a 3-Car Garage and 2925 Living Square Feet.
