Now that you have made your final decisions, it’s time to watch your new home take shape. Just sit back, relax, and leave the hard work to us! Throughout the construction process you will have one-on-one meetings with our Superintendent and Quality Control Specialists along with our Closing Department. This is to ensure that you’re learning about your new home as it is being built, monitoring its progress, and are prepared for closing.

 

Pro tip Concerned about your build time? Don’t be! One of the areas where we provide you with certainty is with the closing date. Our average build time is 90 – 145 days! With a closing date provided to you at 30 days out from completion.
