The Teton Farmhouse is a popular one-story plan in the Southern Indiana region. Families select this plan because it’s a ranch-style home with all of the bedrooms located near the owner’s suite and the laundry room. It is the perfect layout for young families and downsizers.
When selecting a new Model Home floorplan, we review the demographic and market representation and consider which plan would be the most valuable to demonstrate. Given the Teton’s popularity, we wanted to showcase the plan and updates that were made to it over the past year.
Our product development team continuously looks for opportunities to improve our floorplans. The Goldfinch Cove Model Home debuts deluxe options in both the kitchen and bath. Plus, the Farmhouse Elevations now offer color trim options, as revealed on this Model Home.

Driving Directions: Traveling North on I-69, take the Boonville-New Harmony Road exit. Turn left (west) onto Boonville-New Harmony Road and continue to Green River Road. Turn left (south) onto Green River Road, and Goldfinch Cove will be located on the east side of Green River Road, north of Huebner Lane.
