The National plan is a tried and true at Jagoe Homes. Many families select this plan for the main floor owner’s suite, the expansive second-story loft, and roomy walk-in closets in the secondary bedrooms. There are so many ways to personalize the interior of this plan to accommodate your family’s needs!
When selecting a new Model Home, we review the demographic and the market representation to consider which floorplan would be the most valuable to demonstrate. The National is one of our most popular two-story plans and we’ve recently developed new elevations for several of our best-sellers. Heatherstone in Owensboro, Kentucky, created the perfect opportunity to debut the National Modern elevation!
The National features a main floor owner’s suite and three large bedrooms upstairs with two dedicated living spaces for entertainment and family fun. It’s a versatile plan that features modification and personalization options to meet the wants of many.
In this Model Home, we incorporated black trim to the exterior to highlight the roof line and further elevate the detail of the modern exterior. The introduction of the Modern elevations creates an opportunity for cedar posts on the covered patio, which adds to the natural elements of the elevation in such a beautiful community.

Traveling North on the Wendell Ford Expressway (Hwy 60 By-Pass) towards downtown Owensboro to Highway 60 (Henderson Road). Turn left onto Hwy 60 towards Henderson, KY, continue approximately one mile, and Heatherstone will be located on your right. Just east of Booth Field Road.

The lower a home scores on RESNET’S HERS (Home Energy Rating) Index, the more energy efficient it is. A standard new home that’s built to meet the 2006 IECC will score a HERS Index of 100. New Jagoe homes score an average of 62, making them at least 38% more efficient than a standard new home and at least 68% more efficient than a used home.
